Today I told you how  to create Contact Us Page Free.Just Follow given steps given below--

 1.Go to the Web Address-http://www.foxyform.com/
2.In Setting Option Choose Which form fields would you like to include in your personal contact form?Please specify which fields are required. These required fields must be filled out by the user or the form will not be submitted.
3.In Advance Setting Option Choose Font Color,Size  as you like  

4.In this step you choose your e-mail id which you want to communication. with re captcha Security,click the Formular button and process  to next step you can see the preview of this setting

5.Now in final stage after clicking formular Copy the adjacent HTML code block and then paste it anywhere on your website! The e-mails from this contact form will be sent yourname@example.com. Please check your spam filter regularly for any misrouted e-mails.
6.Now Login with your blogger  account and create a new blank page. 

7.Open the page in html format and clear the code in this page and paste the code in this page now you done.Save it and publish it.
